The COVID-19 virus and its potential impact on businesses, our clients, staff and families is a growing concern to all who are trying to navigate through this pandemic. Legal Process Service (LPS) is proactively implementing our response to this situation. While the public health crisis may affect the service that we provide to our clients. LPS wants to take this moment to ensure you of our operational continuity in an environment of considerable uncertainty. As always, “Every Serve Is Our Only Serve.”
As we take a day-by-day approach, we are also closely monitoring the various courts for changes as jurisdictions limit their hours and/or operations. At this unprecedented time, LPS is leaning on our core values: efficiency, communication, teamwork, ethics and courtesy. These values have guided us since our founding in 1982.
LPS is striving to limit exposure to our runners in the field. We ask that all new requests be sent electronically or via mail. You can always e-mail your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your documents are too lengthy to email, and/or mail, please call us to schedule a pick-up (applicable to local clients in the Las Vegas area and in the Reno/Carson City area).
It is important that we notify you that our servers are also reporting an increase in individuals refusing to answer their doors on service attempts. Any information such as phone numbers, descriptions and vehicle information you can provide with service requests are encouraged and welcomed. Additionally, we are anticipating that businesses will be adjusting their hours of operation and/or closing for periods of time. We will strive to keep service delays to a minimum. We will do our best to continue consistent customer service and transparent communication with you through this time.
